About me
I draw on a mix of clinical experience and teaching roles I’ve held over many years. I’ve worked across primary health, occupational health, defence (Royal Navy), school nursing, and clinical facilitation.
I enjoy creating learning environments that feel practical, approachable, and connected to what nursing actually looks like in real life.
Since joining Murdoch University, I’ve taught in several units, supported CSAs, coordinated clinical practice units, and spent a lot of time in simulation spaces helping students build confidence before heading out on placement. I’m passionate about making learning clear and engaging, and I continually strive to support students as they develop their skills and grow into confident, capable future nurses.
